Due to recent changes in United States de minimis regulations, international shipments to the U.S. may experience processing delays.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on orders over $150 USD.
If your order is under $150 USD, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. We currently deliver internationally to more than 100 countries around the world.
You will see the exact shipping cost before placing your order. Simply select your country from the drop-down menu, enter your postal code, and click “Calculate Shipping Estimate” to view the applicable rate.
All prices include applicable VAT, taxes, and import duties.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN FEE
We include applicable import duties and taxes in our prices so that customers do not incur additional charges upon delivery. We also cover the original shipping costs on orders that qualify for complimentary shipping.
However, once an international order has been shipped and imported into the destination country, the original shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and payment-processing fees paid by us cannot be recovered if the product is returned.
For this reason, voluntary international returns are subject to a 10% International Return Fee, calculated on the value of the returned item or items and deducted from the final refund.
This fee does not apply if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete return conditions and instructions.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each BOCA order is carefully prepared and shipped worldwide from our workshop, ensuring that every piece reaches you with the same attention and care with which it was made.
